We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Streamer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating captivating live content that resonates with our audience while effectively promoting products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to upsell during live sessions on TikTok and eBay Live.
Duties
- Host live streaming sessions across various platforms, engaging with viewers in real-time.
- Promote and upsell products during live streams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with the audience, answering questions and responding to comments promptly.
- Utilise basic maths skills to manage transactions and provide accurate information regarding pricing.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to phone etiquette when interacting with viewers.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise reach and impact.
- Supporting Warehouse team with dispatching orders during busy times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in live streaming or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of content and promotions.
- Basic maths proficiency for handling transactions during live streams.
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining viewer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and streaming technologies is an advantage.
