Job Role Specifics
Due to continued expansion we are looking for Sprayer/Line Workers who have experience. The role involves:
- To use the manual spray equipment to spray the powder paint on to work passing through the spray booths.
- To be responsible for cleaning the spray equipment and booths between jobs
- To be responsible for making sure the correct powder is used on every job by cross referencing with the job sheet
- Getting the powder from a storage area, when required, before starting spraying the next job
- To record spray timing on job sheets/in the new IT System
- To be responsible for cleaning their own work area and maintaining good housekeeping
- To assist with the processing of products through our powder coating line(s)
- To manually prepare work prior to loading on the line(s)
- To load work on to the line(s)
- To take work off the line(s)
- To carefully check the quality of work taken off the line(s)
- To pack the work taken off the line(s) with the specifically correct packaging materials
- To assist with maintaining good housekeeping on the shop floor and be responsible for keeping their own work are in good, tidy order
Plus, any adhoc duties to suit the needs of the business
The starting salary is a guide as the salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
