Job Title: Trainee/Experienced Kitchen Sprayer

Due to increasing demand, we’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Sprayer.
Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to train as a Kitchen Sprayer. No previous experience is necessary — full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in learning a skilled trade and developing a career in surface finishing and spray painting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing kitchen units, doors, and surfaces for spraying (sanding, masking, cleaning).
- Learn and apply spraying techniques using Airless Spray Systems.
- Help set up and maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment (on-site and in workshop).
- Learn to mix and apply different paints and finishes accurately.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
- Support with day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
- No experience needed — just a willingness to learn.
- Good eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Punctual, hardworking, and trustworthy.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
- Able to work both in a workshop and on-site at customer homes.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
