Train and support operatives to ensure compliance with SOPs and continuous improvement
Manage accurate recording of product data, batch completions, and stock movement through our systems
Collaborate with Warehouse and Mixing teams to ensure all materials and components are available
General Duties:
Ensure all goods supplied to the line are correct, labelled, and recorded accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of production lines and surrounding areas
Use WMS handheld devices to receipt and track stock

Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Able to remain calm under pressure and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
Detail-focused with good problem-solving skills
Great communication and time management
Proactive, positive attitude with a flexible, can-do approach
