As a Line Operative, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality finished goods that meet strict industry standards. You’ll help ensure the production line runs smoothly, consistently, and efficiently supporting a team that thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply components (bottles, caps, jars, etc.) to the production line
Identify and report any faults or non-conforming materials
Minimise waste by handling components with care
Monitor line performance to ensure continuous flow
Maintain a safe and clean working area
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety protocols
Support quality and production targets with precision and care
Assist in re-packing and other tasks as needed

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and support new colleagues
