As Library Services Coordinator, you’ll lead by example, actively guiding a team of Library Services Assistants to deliver friendly and efficient frontline support to our university community. Working closely with your fellow Coordinators, you’ll help shape our service offer by contributing to exciting enhancement projects that make a real difference to our users’ experience.

You will bring:

- A proven record of championing excellent customer service
- A commitment to adaptable and compassionate management
- A proactive and solution orientated approach

This is a dynamic role that requires a confident communicator with strong people skills.

You’ll be comfortable using a variety of software systems including Microsoft Office, and have experience using data to support service evaluation activity.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values creativity and continuous improvement to shape the future of the library at our university.
