We have vacancies for two Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our successful and nurturing team. We are a diverse and unique school and nursery in the heart of Southsea, committed to delivering excellent outcomes for all our children. In this busy and varied role you will implement activities to support children’s development and learning, be a key worker to a group of children and maintain accurate developmental records.
What are we looking for in a Nursery Practitioner? Someone who:
· is qualified to at least level 3 in childcare
· has prior experience of working within a nursery setting
· has a good working knowledge of the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
· is keen to learn and want to make a difference
· is a role model and enjoy working with children
· is flexible in working practices
· is able to communicate effectively on all levels
· is able to use their initiative and work independently where appropriate
