About the Role
As a Lettings Administrator, you’ll assist with the day-to-day administration of our property portfolio, helping to ensure a smooth process and excellent customer service experience for landlords and tenants. This role will initially be offered on a zero-hour contract basis for the initial probationary period of three months, with potential to move to a fixed-hours contract upon successful completion, to assess suitability and flexibility.
As a part‑time Letting Agent (16 hours/week), you’ll play a vital role in supporting the wider team and our landlords and tenants. Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Advertise properties across portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.) and manage viewing enquiries
- Organise and conduct viewings, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Conduct management visits, inventories, and ensure legal compliance
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, utility providers and contractors
- Assist with day to day office administration, keeping internal systems and records updated
- Coordinate move‑ins/outs and property checks, including key handling
- Address and monitor maintenance issues and liaise with contractors or landlords
- Providing general administrative support to the team

What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role
- Excellent communication both verbal and written and customer service skills
- IT proficient (Pages, CRM software experience beneficial but training will be provided)
- Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- A self motivated approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in lettings, property admin or customer service preferred but not essential, training can be provided for the right candidate
- A proactive attitude, flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends where necessary

Working Hours
This is a part-time position for 16 hours per week initially under a zero hour contract, ideally spread over 2–3 days. There is no guarantee of a regular or predictable schedule during this time and there is also no obligation to accept every shift and you are free to work in other employment without penalty. We can offer some flexibility around working days and times to suit the right candidate, some evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate convenience of appointments for viewings and property visits.
