Role Responsibilities:
- Manage communications with landlords, tenants, contractors, addressing property maintenance and compliance concerns.
- Administer tenancy creation and engage in tenant viewings
- Lead inspections, create inventories, and conduct end of tenancy inspections.
- Collaborate with both tenants and landlords to facilitate the return of security deposits.
