An opportunity for a person with ambitions of a career in law to develop within an established Rotherham Law Practice. General duties include making and receiving telephone calls, preparing precise attendance notes, and filing, etc.
To work as part of a team in assisting the Office Administrator Supervisor in providing administration services to the Partners, members of Staff and when appropriate, Clients. To communicate clearly with Partners, members of Staff and Clients whilst carrying out duties and responsibilities.

The Law Practice
- Long established medium sized law firm specialising in the various areas of law
The Position
- All staff start on 20 days holiday plus bank holiday and where possible we close between Christmas and new year and do not have to take annual leave
- We have Westfield health in place for all staff and NEST Pension scheme
- Opening and distribution of Royal Mail and DX Mail.
- Opening of Internal Doors and re-stocking of kitchens.
- Photocopying.
- Storage, retrieval and administration of Archive Documents.
- Practice stationery – storage and distribution.
- Setting up of rooms i.e. refreshments for Meetings.
- Deliver / collect documents / letters to local Solicitors, Courts and Businesses.
- Partner’s lunches, collection and distribution.
- Banking
- Collection, sorting and dispatch of Royal Mail and DX Mail

Desired skills
- 4-9 grades English and maths GCSE's

You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
- This Apprenticeship will involve off the job training.
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role.
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months.
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
