The provision of support to Legal Services in one or more of the following specialist areas (Planning, Highways) to support and contribute to the effective delivery of the Council's objectives and priorities and achievement of the team's income target.

The job holder will be required to undertake a case load of planning and highways legal work, primarily drafting section 106 agreements, section 278 agreements and section 38 agreements so experience in undertaking a caseload of work is required.
