We are thrilled to announce an exciting new position at our state-of-the-art nursery, and we are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:
As a Nursery Practitioner in our 2-5 room, you will play a key role in supporting the development and well-being of our children. You will work closely with our team to create engaging and inspiring learning experiences that ignite a love for learning in every child. This role offers the opportunity to work towards becoming a Room Leader, where you can take on greater responsibility and lead your own team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 2-5.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the nursery environment and curriculum.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
- A Level 4 qualification is desirable but not essential; we encourage a willingness to work towards achieving this.
- Previous experience in an Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) setting.
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Creativity and the ability to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- A desire to progress in your personal and professional journey within the childcare sector.
