Responsibilities

- Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Maintain organised files and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to important information.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines for legal proceedings, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Handle administrative duties such as billing, invoicing, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential.
