Gomer Williams & Co are seeking a talented legal assistant to support our Wills & Probate department in Llanelli
We are ideally looking for Legal Assistants who have 12 months experience working within a probate department, however, we would welcome applications from all experiences.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Acting as first point of contact for enquiries, providing excellent customer service to clients.
- File opening and accompanying procedures, to include production of confirmation of instruction letters, updating central records and the entering of entities and capacities on each new client/matter file.
- Providing an efficient and effective service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Demonstrates strong team building and customer service skills.
- Ability to audio type
- Commitment to working within a quality standard environment.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly.
