Lead Generator Team Leader

We are looking for a Lead Generator Team Leader to join our ever-growing team, at our prestige office, the Rocket centre in Blackburn.
Warrantywise supply the highest quality extended vehicle warranties for all makes and models to private individuals as well as over 3000 independent dealer groups.
The last 12 months has seen us undergo huge growth that’s taken the Warrantywise family from 50 to 150 people, and we plan to continue our rapid expansion during 2025 and beyond.
What does the role involve?
- To support and assist the team manager to achieve the departmental target each month.
- Lead and manage the team in the managers absence.
- Manage the department inbox to ensure workload is distributed out to the team.
- Achieve pre-agreed individual KPI (key performance indicators) targets.
- Plan, develop and deliver job specific training to new and existing staff members in conjunction with team managers/directors and people and culture team.
- To support with performance of team members by providing training for any members who are not on track for target or are underperforming in any business KPIs- via call coaching, spot checking, refresher training.
- To contribute and participate in teams’ meetings.
- To be an active member in the organisation and delivery of training sessions and group huddles, on a daily/weekly basis, team meeting to both the team and wider business.
- To be responsible for evening and weekend rotas by ensuring everybody is in attendance, where necessary whilst preparing for any unexpected absences through a pro-active approach to find cover.
- To support Team Manager with managing under performance/attendance/conduct or any other people issues with the required members of staff, linking in with People and Culture for advice and guidance on policy.
- Have a strong knowledge of and keep up to date with the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process.
- Ensure GDPR is adhered to 100% of the time.
- To provide great customer service to both internal and external customers to ensure good reputation of the business is maintained.
- To work collaboratively and build effective working relationships with both our retailer, dealer teams and the wider diverse teams.
- To liaise with other departments, where required, to ensure business operation is maintained at full capacity and operate with key business objectives at the core of all function.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator Team Leader to inspire and guide our outbound lead generation team. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, nurturing a high-energy sales culture, and ensuring our team consistently delivers high-quality leads to support Warrantywise’s growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coaching, motivating, and developing individuals, while keeping a close eye on KPIs and conversion rates. A passion for customer engagement, an analytical mindset, and the ability to adapt strategies quickly will be key to excelling in this role.

This role is Monday to Friday between 09.00am and 19.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis.
