What we are Looking for/ Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
As a B2B Sales Lead Generator you will be targeted in making outbound calls to prospective B2B using our database, with view to obtaining interest in potential switching over business energy supply to us, Please apply if you consider yourself persistent, resilient, hardworking, and you have proven ability to succeed.
- Minimum of 5 B2B Sales or Lead Gen preferably in with commercial energy sales experience.
- We only want the best talented people who have excellent out bound sales skills within the SME / Medium Markets / Corporate markets.
- Excellent phone manner, You will have strong sales skills, and you are driven, professional, resilient, and dynamic enough and hunger to succeed. In return we offer you one of the best environments to succeed within. Training and support will be provided throughout in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s A-C grade including Maths and English.
- Proven ability to priorities a busy and varied workload, to achieve targets
- Previously had success in a sales role and proven to exceed targets
- Be able to demonstrate excellent service.
- Recognise opportunities to upsell / cross sell and promote additional products to maximise revenue.
- Be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
- You currently live within the Greater Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale area or within 1 hour commute time to our office.
Duties will include:
As a B2B Sales Lead Generator you will be making outbound calls to prospective B2B using our database, with view to obtaining interest in potential switching over business energy supply to us, managing and operating your sales pipeline with view of proactively ensuring business development, maintain accurate records and access information, Identify customer needs, promoting additional D-ENERGi products and services, creating greater customer relationships and business growth in line with KPI agreed, Adhere to strict codes of practice and data protection.
