Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, dynamic and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, communicating the value of our website design and development services, and setting appointments for our Business Development Managers. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious team and make a significant impact on the growth of our business.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a full time, office-based position. We are not looking for remote working candidates at this time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target businesses through cold calling.
- Conduct telephone calls and other multi channel communication (emails, Linkedin, Social Media etc) to present our web design and development solutions to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify potential clients providing qualified leads to our Business Development Managers
- Support the overall sales process, booking qualified sales appointments and passing on details.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Follow up with leads to ensure continued interest and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies for appointment generation.
- Meet and/or exceed set KPI’s
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Target-driven with a desire to surpass goals
- Persuasive with strong objection-handling skills
- Capable of holding conversations with decision makers
- Able to work quickly and with high attention to detail
- Punctual and effective in work
