ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate Lead Florist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll combine creativity with exceptional customer service—bringing client visions to life through stunning bouquets and floral displays. We're searching for someone who not only loves flowers but also knows how to spark joy in the workplace, fostering a positive, motivated, and energetic team environment.

SALARY: £14.41 per hour + tronc
HOURS: Full time 40 hours (Weekends included)


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Floristry Manager to implement strategies that minimise waste while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency
  • Actively engage and motivate the floristry team to understand, track, and achieve weekly performance targets through clear communication and support
  • Assist the management team in regularly monitoring stock levels, helping to ensure that all necessary materials and flowers are readily available without overstocking
  • Oversee and maintain effective stock rotation processes, making sure that only the freshest and most vibrant flowers are used in all displays and arrangements

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING


  • Passionate about flowers and plants with a thorough understanding of flower varieties, seasonal flowers, flower care and preparation.
  • Excellent Customer Service, confident and well- presented.
  • An ability to work under pressure.
  • Creativity and artistic flair in designing floral arrangements that meet client specifications
  • A friendly, approachable personality with a sense of humor
