We are seeking a dedicated and personable Attendant to join our team in the hospitality sector. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and other common spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Assist with the coordination of events or activities as required by management.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
