Looking for a motivated & experienced Team Leader to join and help lead our skilled landscaping team!
-Minimum 5 years’ landscaping experience with a proven ability to lead or supervise a team
- Full driving license required
- Must be highly organised, with the ability to plan and manage daily workloads on
- Strong leadership and clear communication skills essential
- Must lead by example with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism
This is a hands-on role that combines leadership with practical work. You’ll be expected to maintain high standards, support the team day-to-day, and ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Weekend and overtime opportunities are available. We’re seeking someone reliable, driven, and confident in their ability to take charge when needed.
