About the Role:
Are you passionate about raising achievement across schools and building effective partnerships in education? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lambeth Schools Partnership (LSP) Coordinator to play a key role in driving continuous improvement for all children and young people attending Lambeth schools.
This is a senior-level opportunity within Lambeth Council’s Education and Learning division, offering the chance to lead, coordinate and shape a growing partnership between the Local Authority, Lambeth schools, and wider education organisations.
As the LSP Coordinator, you will:
- Project manage initiatives that raise achievement across multiple schools
- Support and strengthen the Lambeth Schools Partnership’s operations and communications
- Develop and implement strategies that promote excellence and address underachievement
- Coordinate events and partnership meetings, ensuring effective organisation and delivery
- Work closely with headteachers, school staff and education leaders across Lambeth
This role is ideal for a senior school leader or someone with relevant experience in the local authority or wider education sector. Applications are welcome from serving Lambeth school staff on a secondment basis.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who has:
- A proven track record of leading and supporting high-impact school improvement initiatives
- Excellent understanding of school improvement strategies and the education sector context
- Strong project and event management skills
- Experience of working with senior education leaders, including headteachers
- Excellent communication skills across various media
- A good understanding of the Lambeth Schools Partnership’s purpose and governance A resilient, collaborative and proactive approach
