Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and physically fit Labourer to join our busy stone factory team. The ideal candidate will assist with lifting and moving heavy stone materials, support our stone fitters, and carry out general site duties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely lift, move, and position heavy stone materials.
- Assist stone fitters with installation and preparation work.
- Operate factory equipment and tools as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and products.
- Drive company vehicles when required.
Requirements
- CSCS card (essential).
- Valid driving licence (preferred).
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous, but training will be provided.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
