As a key member of our kitchen team, the Kitchen Porter plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The primary responsibility is maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, including washing pots, pans, and equipment to the highest standard.
What you'll be doing...
- Wash and sanitise pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
- Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks, including desserts and simple prep.
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organization.
- Follow health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times.
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient kitchen service.
