Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our small friendly sales department, within the role you will be responsible for supporting the sales Director with quotations and have the ability to engage with our existing and potential new business clients via telephone, email and in person, the role would suit and individual that has a confident attitude with the ability to identify potential new sales leads and have a strong desire to suceed in our fast paced enviroment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients via telephone, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
- Organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines responding to our clients needs.
- Ability to learn multiple roles within the business to support other departments.
- Estimating and reading structrual drawings (training will be provided)
- Providing quotations.
Skills
- Knowledge of Excel and general knowledge in office based computer programmes.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong time management abilities, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Have a diverse attitude and approach to other individuals.
- Have a confident attitude with the desire to learn and become part of our team.
