Role Overview:
As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and sales across our active marketing campaigns. You’ll represent our clients with confidence, engage with potential customers, and guide them through the sales process. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales or marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in face-to-face, residential, event, or B2B campaigns
- Deliver product and service information to potential customers clearly and persuasively
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign performance and customer insights
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth campaign execution
