Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Hassan Catering Ltd on a commission based employment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients to ensure successful catering experiences. Your contributions will be vital in expanding our customer base and enhancing our reputation in the catering industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the catering market.
- Marketing the business though social media and other means.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential customers effectively.
- Communicate product offerings clearly to clients, ensuring they are informed about our services.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure client expectations are met during events.
- Utilize IT tools to track sales activities and manage customer information.
- Build and maintain relationships with local venues, event planners and local businesses.
- Represent the company at community events, exhibitions and network opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive drive to succeed and meet sales targets.
- Basic IT skills for managing sales data and communications.
- Social media knowledge and understanding including how to advertise
