The Role
As a Junior Sales Promotion Agent, you’ll be out in the field promoting products and services to the public, helping raise brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to break into sales and marketing with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various promotional campaigns (e.g. events, residential, retail)
- Engage with potential customers face-to-face to promote products or services
- Confidently deliver product information and communicate brand messages
- Generate leads and close sales in line with campaign goals
- Track customer interactions and report feedback to the campaign manager
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and support each other’s growth

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- A strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
- Confidence in approaching and speaking with new people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with working hours and willingness to travel within the region
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or hospitality is a bonus – but not required
