The Role
As a Junior Promotional Agent, you’ll represent our clients in public-facing campaigns, helping to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and developing a career in marketing and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at live events, pop-up stands, and promotional activities
- Approach and engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate key brand messages and product information effectively
- Support promotional set-ups, displays, and campaign logistics
- Collect customer feedback and report key insights to the campaign manager
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
- Maintain a positive and energetic presence on behalf of the client at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Resilient, enthusiastic, and driven to meet targets
- Willingness to learn and grow within the marketing industry
- Previous experience in promotions, sales, retail, or hospitality is beneficial – but not essential
