A highly respected Estate Agency in the North Leeds area - renowned for its first-class training and clear career progression - is looking for their next Trainee Estate Agent.

As Trainee Estate Agent, you’ll join a supportive and friendly residential sales team, learning the ropes from the best in the business. The Package:
- Up to £26,000 basic salary (DOE)
- Up to £4,000 OTE (non-monetary rewards like vouchers, team incentives, and more)
- Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:30 + 1 in 3/4 Saturdays 08:45 – 12:00
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Free parking
- Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile
The Trainee Estate Agent role:
- Support buyers and sellers throughout the sales journey
- Organise and attend accompanied property viewings
- Assist with marketing properties (photos, brochures, online listings)
- Keep in touch with clients and help answer their questions
- Learn how to negotiate offers and communicate outcomes
- Work closely with colleagues to manage sales progress and ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved

- Passionate about delivering great customer service
- A strong communicator – both face-to-face and on the phone
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Eager to learn and grow within the industry
- Comfortable using IT systems
- A car owner with a full UK driving licence (essential)
