Position Overview
As a Junior Project coordinator, you will work close with our senior project coordinator in assisting project Managers and sales team in delivering fit out projects. You will also be responsible for general office administration roles.
You will be responsible for the following task.
Tasks
- Placing materials orders for projects such as partitioning, ceiling and flooring materials.
- Carrying out drawing take-offs for materials.
- Creating and updating project documents on running projects.
- Inputting Health and Safety information through our internal system.
- Registering new enquiries and creating sales job folders through our internal system.
- Handling telephone operations and directing as required.
- Creating a hire tool system with our current owned power tools.
- Completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for suppliers and potential customers.
- Completing Operations and maintenance folders on completion of projects.
- Allocating materials invoicing to projects.
- Be a point of contact for Site based staff.
Requirements and skills
- Must live within 1 hour of office.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of internal fitouts and associated materials would be an advantage.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to use AutoCAD would be an advantage but not essential.

- Working hours Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5pm (4pm on Friday).
