Summary
We are seeking a Junior Branding & Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Westborn Ltd. In this role, you will assist in managing various projects related to nursery furniture production, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This position is pivotal in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional products to our retail partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks and timelines.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and report on project status.
- Support data analysis efforts to inform decision-making processes.
- Help manage project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are adhered to.
- Maintain documentation using Confluence and other content management systems.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project developments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in project management software is essential.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with team management is a plus but not required.
