We are looking for a Junior Office Administrator to join our friendly and professional team. This is a great opportunity for a school leaver.
You will play a key role in helping the office run smoothly, gaining valuable experience and learning new skills along the way.
You should be enthusiastic, organised and have a positive, proactive attitude. A willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist other members of the team with general admin duties
- Answer and direct telephone calls professionally
- Greet clients and visitors when required
Qualifications and experience
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office/Excel experience is a plus)
- Reliable, well-organised and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed
- No prior office experience required – just enthusiasm and the right mindset
