Role Overview
As a Junior Event Sales Coordinator, you will assist in organising and managing sales activities at events and promotions. You will liaise with clients, support the sales team, and help ensure smooth, effective event delivery that meets targets and enhances brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating sales activities at promotional events
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event objectives are met
- Support the sales team in setting up and running event sales stands or booths
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, inventory, and materials preparation
- Collect and report on sales data and customer feedback from events
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events
- Help resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders before, during, and after events
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Previous event or sales experience is an advantage but not essential
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
