Customer Operations Manager UK (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coordinate daily tasks within B2B Customer Operations with the responsibility of developing, implementing, and fulfilling the Birkenstock SLA
- Liaise with the European Customer Operations teams and supply chain functions to ensure smooth and professional customer experience
- Develop and manage high quality and informative reporting of orders and sales, both volumetrically and financially
- Develop and keep updated manuals for the UK Customer Operations processes and customer-oriented requirements
- Ensure that the credit note process is adhered to and that all credits are approved and raised promptly so all customer debts are collectable
- Work with our 3PL in the UK on VAS and quarterly stock returns
- Coach, mentor and motivate the UK Operations team of currently four Customer Operations Agents
- Communicate and manage expectations amongst all stakeholders and work across teams to share knowledge and ensure that sales and service are never compromised
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES.
- Professional experience of approx. 5 years in Customer Operations / Operations, first experience as a team lead is required
- Team player with super time management skills and business acumen
- Solution driven, a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude and strong hands-on mentality
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand graphics and data quickly and precisely
- Strong working knowledge of SAP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
