Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Event Call Centre Outbound Agent to join our team. In this role, you will focus on supporting our event marketing campaigns by making outbound calls to potential attendees, promoting event participation, and assisting in driving event success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to promote upcoming events and encourage attendance.
- Engage with potential attendees, providing event details and answering enquiries.
- Support the event marketing team in driving campaign success through direct communication.
- Maintain accurate records of call interactions and attendee responses.
- Collect feedback and share insights to optimise future event campaigns.
- Represent the company and its clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for event marketing and customer engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous outbound call centre or sales experience is beneficial but not required—training will be provided.
