Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Event Call Centre Outbound Agent to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build their experience in outbound communication, lead generation, and event campaign support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to promote upcoming events and marketing campaigns.
- Engage with potential clients and attendees to generate interest and secure participation.
- Provide accurate information about events, promotions, and company services.
- Update and maintain call records and lead databases.
- Support the event and marketing teams with campaign goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organised and able to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
