About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Support Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and supporting clients while learning the ins and outs of the marketing industry. You will be a key point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring exceptional service and contributing to the success of ongoing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotional campaigns
- Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Support the coordination of campaign activities and client requests
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve service and marketing efforts
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
