Role Overview
As a Junior Customer Service Brand Specialist, you will be the face and voice of the brands we represent. Your role is to deliver excellent customer service that aligns with the brand’s values and messaging. You will assist customers, handle inquiries, and support marketing campaigns, ensuring every interaction enhances the brand’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a knowledgeable and friendly representative of client brands
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Support marketing campaigns by engaging customers and gathering feedback
- Assist in resolving customer concerns with a focus on brand loyalty and satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and report insights to the marketing team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to ensure consistent brand messaging
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn about different brands and marketing strategies
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential – full training provided
