The Role
As a Junior Brand Specialist, you’ll play an active role in shaping and representing brands across a range of marketing channels. You'll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of brand campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging and a high-quality customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about branding, communications, and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and implementation of brand campaigns across multiple platforms
- Assist in developing brand messaging, visuals, and promotional content
- Help manage campaign logistics and ensure brand guidelines are followed
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategies
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to support ongoing brand improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success
- Represent client brands at live events, activations, and promotional activities
What We’re Looking For
- A strong interest in branding, marketing, and consumer behaviour
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Previous experience in marketing, events, or brand support is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools or content creation is advantageous
