Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact between the brand and the customer. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that queries are handled professionally, feedback is valued, and customers feel supported throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for customer queries
- Provide product and service information clearly and confidently
- Assist with campaign enquiries, promotions, and follow-ups
- Handle feedback and resolve issues in a calm and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Support the wider marketing team with campaign insights from customer interactions
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- No prior experience necessary — full training provided
