About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Junior Customer Service Agent to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, providing support and ensuring a positive experience with our marketing services. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with information about our marketing products, services, and campaigns
- Handle and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support client needs and campaign success
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and feedback systems
- Provide support during marketing promotions and events as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy, including CRM or customer service software familiarity
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
- A keen interest in marketing and willingness to learn
