Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to promote brand awareness and generate interest.
- Support the planning and execution of customer-focused marketing campaigns.
- Represent clients’ brands in a professional and approachable manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with senior team members to achieve engagement and sales targets.
- Assist with event-based campaigns, promotions, and face-to-face interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is beneficial but not required.
