Role Overview
As a Junior Call Centre Sales Assistant, you will be an essential part of our sales team, making outbound calls to potential clients and supporting ongoing marketing campaigns. Your role is to engage prospects, generate leads, and provide information about our marketing services. This position offers an excellent entry point for someone keen to develop their sales and communication skills within the marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients following provided scripts and guidelines.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate new leads.
- Provide accurate information about our marketing services and answer initial queries.
- Record call outcomes and update client information in the CRM system.
- Support senior sales staff with follow-ups and administrative tasks.
- Meet and strive to exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all client interactions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and motivated to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (training provided).
- Previous sales or call centre experience is an advantage but not essential.
- A genuine interest in marketing and sales.
