About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Junior Call Centre Brand Assistant to join our marketing team. In this role, you will combine customer interaction with brand representation, helping to deliver exceptional service while promoting our marketing campaigns over the phone. You’ll play a key role in building brand awareness and creating positive client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Handle inbound calls, providing clear and friendly responses to enquiries about our services.
- Represent the company’s brand voice consistently during all customer interactions.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting feedback from customer conversations.
- Support the marketing team with administrative and promotional tasks as required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
- A passion for marketing, branding, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- No prior experience required – full training provided.
