About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Junior Call Centre Assistant to join our marketing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects, providing excellent service and support via telephone and other communication channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist in answering customer enquiries about marketing services and campaigns
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and call logs
- Support the sales and marketing teams by qualifying leads and setting appointments
- Resolve basic customer issues or escalate to the relevant team member
- Follow call scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
