About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Junior Call Centre Agent to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, assisting with enquiries and supporting our sales and marketing campaigns through effective communication over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote marketing services and campaigns.
- Handle inbound calls, responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide detailed information about our marketing products and services.
- Record call details and client information accurately in the company database.
- Assist in booking appointments and scheduling follow-up calls for senior sales or marketing staff.
- Follow company call scripts while maintaining a friendly and approachable tone.
- Work towards daily and weekly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to data protection policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
