Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, promote services, and support our marketing efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and building rapport over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to engage with potential or existing customers
- Accurately input customer data and keep records up to date
- Provide information about products and services as part of campaign efforts
- Handle basic complaints or issues and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure campaign objectives are met
Key Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- A confident and polite telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks with enthusiasm
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No previous experience required – full training will be provided
