Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you’ll act as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing clear, friendly, and professional support over the phone. Whether it’s answering product enquiries, handling feedback, or following up on marketing leads, your role will be key to delivering a top-tier customer experience and supporting wider campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls on behalf of our clients
- Communicate product/service information clearly and effectively
- Build rapport and engage confidently with a wide range of customers
- Log customer interactions and feedback accurately
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign outcomes
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on brand messaging and campaign changes

- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- No previous call centre experience necessary – full training provided
