Job Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls related to current marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who wants to develop their career in customer service and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information on marketing campaigns and services
- Log customer enquiries and feedback using CRM systems
- Support the marketing team with customer data collection and follow-ups
- Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team
- Maintain a positive and engaging tone during all interactions
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential – full training provided
