Role Overview
As a Junior Brand Agent, you will be the face of our clients’ brands, representing them at events, promotions, and in direct customer interactions. Your role is crucial in creating positive brand experiences and helping to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. This entry-level position offers excellent training and development opportunities in marketing and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Engage with customers to communicate key brand messages and benefits
- Distribute promotional materials and samples where applicable
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team
- Support marketing campaigns by assisting with on-site logistics and setup
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards at all times
- Work closely with team members to meet campaign targets and deadlines
